Exchange and Return

We want every piece of jewelry to truly resonate with you.
If for any reason an item doesn’t suit you, you can request an exchange or return within 2 days of receiving it.

Please note:
Some items are made individually or have special conditions and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return:
— custom-made jewelry
— items from the “Sale” section
— pieces modified upon your request (different color or type of hardware, stones, custom size, etc.)

Warranty

We carefully ensure the quality of every piece.
The warranty period is 14 days from the date of receipt.

If you notice a manufacturing defect during this time, we will, free of charge:
— replace the item
or
— repair it
